Thanks for posting the game. It becomes clear indeed where the troubles lie and that's not the endgame.
First of all you were very lucky after you played 21. ... Qf6, because the foe could become very unfriendly by delivering mate in 4.
Starting with 22. Re7

I give a brief survey of the rest:
Your opponent blundered the exchange.
You let drop off the board pawns a6,b5 and g5, and the bishop on e4.
Without any apparent reason.

So this has indeed nothing to do with endgames but with a lot of tactical flaws in your play.
You have to study a lot of low level problems, which should improve your play dramatically.
Did you ever think about TASC's chess tutor?

TS, thanks for the analysis! I haven't considered chess tutor but I'll definitely look into it. Do you think that it is too early for me to start CTArt? Or should I concentrate on the lower level problems. I am getting pretty comfortable with WCT but still haven't gotten around to finishing the test at the end of the book yet.

PS,
I don't have CTart myself so that's difficult to say, but if my estimation is right of the level of the other Knights and their comments on CT-art, it might be possible that it's too early for CT-art. Chess tutor has definitely the right exercises for you. Maybe one of the other Knights can shed some light on how this CD compares to CT-art.
