One thing that struck me, PS, as I went through this game is that it appeared that you were playing moves in the hope that your opp would mess up. Check out the Novice Nook articles by Dan Heisman at ChessCafe.com, especially any that deal with what he calls "Real Chess." I think this would help you a lot with your game. It's done wonders for me.

Other than that, one thing I noted was that you appeared to eager to exchange away your minor pieces. You shouldn't exchange unless it benefits you or you have to in order to keep the material balance.
